Hamas ‘Journalists’ Exposed

They pretend to be freelance journalists, social-media influencers, and medical staff. They get to speak on channels such as BBC News. But in reality, they are employees of Hamas and spread the terror organisation’s lies. I’m not at all surprised, but it saddens me that world media is so eager to accept every lie about Israel without questioning the source.

The Jerusalem Post investigates the fraud.

Bring Them Home

Kidnapped31105

I don’t normally participate in demonstrations, but today I made an exception and joined a manifestation in Malmö for those kidnapped by Hamas and kept in captivity since 7 October.

Avi Lewis Doesn’t Care

“I don’t care if you’re out on the street, waving your flag and chanting your slogans,” Avi Lewis writes in the Times of Israel. “We won’t die silently the way you want us to.”

I wish I has his courage and could stop caring about all those who wave Palestinian flags days after Hamas’s attack on Israel. It’s hard to ignore such a perverted insult to everything decent.

Bring Them Home Now

Children231110

Breaks my heart every time a look at this poster. The war could end so quickly had Hamas only released the hostage. Instead the world only demands a ceasefire from Israel. It’s all so disgustingly biased against Jews.

The Sobbing Excuse for Anti-Semitism

There was a debate in the Swedish Parliament today. The Prime Minister criticised the opposition leader for protecting a party member who frequently rubs shoulders with Hamas in public. Instead of taking responsibility for her party’s terrorist sympathisers, she began to sob and talk about how terrible it was to be questioned as people in Gaza are killed. There you have it, a major party unable to distance itself from event the most deplorable anti-Semites.

Arizona Students Fed Hamas Propaganda

The New York Post reports that the presentations, affiliated with Amnesty International, referred to the Hamas terror attacks on 7 October as “retaliation”.

Shabbat Shalom

I know, it’s a few hours too late, but with my work hours and messed-up circadian rhythm, I’m doing my best to be frum.

Jonathan Freedland on Hamas

Jonathan Freedland in the Guardian:

It’s this that explains why, whatever truth eventually emerges about the recent role of the al-Shifa hospital, a former director of a major aid organisation operating in Gaza testified this week that “it was broadly suspected/understood as far back as 2014 that Hamas used the al-Shifa hospital complex as a command centre and base for operations”—just as it has long been understood that Hamas is not afraid to use schools or UN buildings when it comes to raining rockets down on Israel. The calculation for Hamas is that either Israel hits back, killing innocents—thereby losing legitimacy in the eyes of the world—or it does not, thereby allowing Hamas to keep firing. Either way, Hamas wins.

And:

Against an enemy that thinks this way, the usual pressures don’t work. If you doubt the devotion, force yourself to listen to the phone call made by one of the Hamas murderers of 7 October to his parents back in Gaza. Hear his pride, his ecstatic joy, as he tells them he has “killed Jews” with his own hands, including a husband and wife and eight others. “Dad, 10 with my own hands!”

The Country that Never Was

Palestine is the only country in the world that never existed before its occupation.

Rocket Barrage Hits Central Israel

Hamas continues to fire rockets at civilian areas in Israel. Not that the world cares about Israeli civilians when there’s some good old Jew-bashing to be done. Interesting, thought, that Hamas always seem to have fuel for rockets but not for hospitals and water pumps. But hey, they don’t really care about the civilians in Gaza either.

Adam Rehal’s Letter Is a Textbook Example of Leftist Anti-Semitism

Adam Rehal, a self-proclaimed Palestine-activist, has written an open letter to Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, published in Swedish newspaper Expressen. He complains about the minister’s condemnation of his behaviour at a town-hall meeting in Gothenburg, where Rehal and others shouted down speakers and thus ruined the public event. In his letter, Rehal writes only about Palestinians who have lost family members following Hamas’s attack on Israel. Not a single word about the 1,400 Jews killed by Palestinians on 7 October. Adding to this, he voices all the usual claptrap about Israel wanting genocide and displacement. He also uses the leftist cliché that anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism.

What’s so absurd about all this is that it’s Hamas that is doing precicelly what he blames on Israel. Hamas tageted Jews on 7 October for the sole fact that the victims were Jews. That is a racist attempt to genocide. Hamas, not Israel, wants displacement. And yes, anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism. What else would you call the idea that only Jews, unlike every other people on the planet, should be denied self-determination? Europe’s left-wing activists are so marinated in Jew-hatred that they wouldn’t find anti-Semitism at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.

European Jewry will Disappear by 2050

“I think Jewish life will be a thing of the past by 2050 in Europe,” Dutch-Jewish writer Leon de Winter tells the Times of Israel. “There is no future for them here and their hopeless love for the old, cherished continent will die. This is inevitable. But even I, a pessimistic realist, didn’t foresee that it would get out of hand so fast in so many cities.”

Sadly, I think he’s right.

Thanksgiving Day 2023

Thanksgiving is very American. I have no connection to this holiday. But today I learned that it’s חג ההודיה in Hebrew.

The World Is a Depressing Place

The only news these day are bad news. With on exemption. A number of Israeli hostages have been released by Hamas. However, I’m not sure that the truce allowing this will benefit the remaining hostage. Hamas will use the truce to regroup, and using captured civilians as bargaining chip will only encourage terrorists to do the same again.

What bothers me the most is the how easy it haas been for Palestinian propagandists to fool people in Europe and America into believing that their fabricated historiography.

Let’s make some facts clear.

  • There has never been a Palestinian state for anyone to occupy.
  • There has always been Jews living in what is now Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank.
  • The goal of Israel is not genocide nor ethnic cleansing.
  • Zionism has nothing to do with racism, it’s about Jews have the same rights as other nations.

The truth is the exact opposite.

  • It was the Arab countries that forcefully removed Jews from the West Bank when Jourdan occupied the area.
  • It was the Arab countries that forced Jews to flee from other areas in the Middle East and North Africa.

And yet, somehow, people is the West are now marching in the streets with placards denouncing Zionism and demanding a “Free Palestine” without Jews “from the river to the sea”.

Black Lives Matter Supports Hamas

Blm231130

This is unbelievable, but true. Black Lives Matter in Chicago has posted this image of a Hamas hang-glider, stating the organisation’s support for the terrorists who raped, murdered, and kidnapped Jews on 7 October.
