Why Do Nationalists Hate Their Countries?

The main trait of Swedish nationalists is to portray Sweden as the worst place on the planet. I look around Europe and see the same thing in nationalists. Why won’t they move somewhere else if it’s so bad in their home country?

Good-Bye 2022, Welcome 2023

The year 2022 is almost at an end. I’m working this evening until 11pm, so I only have an hour to celebrate.

This year has been interesting, not least because I began a new job in June that feels meaningful and exciting. It’s different from the things I have done in the past, but it pays better and I get to visit Copenhagen every day. Also, I don’ have to deal with photos of dead and mutilated people on a daily basis.

I look forward to 2023. I know it will be a year of great transformation for me on a personal level. As for blogging, I intend to continue as before. However, in tune with the shift in my interests, there will be even less of politics. I think it will be more personal. But time will tell—I don’t make promises any more.
