Sri Lankan Defence Minister Says Terrorist Studied Abroad

Ruwan Wijewardene says that one of the terrorists studied in Britain and Australia before carrying out the bombings, which may have been funded by the Islamic State, Kate Lyons and Michael Safi of the Guardian report.
