Silvio Berlusconi Resigns (Maybe)

Well, no one knows for sure if Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is resigning, but I guess there has been some progress as he, for the first time ever, has admitted to making mistakes. Wow!

According to The Economist, President Napolitano has said that Mr Berlusconi will resign later this month.
