Portugal’s Successful Drug Decriminalisation

Glenn Greenwald has written a report for the Cato Institute about Portugal’s decriminalisation of drugs—“which is what enabled the Portuguese Government to address their exploding drug problems in the 1990s and to achieve far better results than virtually every other Western country.” An interesting read.
